Hello future entrepreneurs, I’ll be following on from my last post, so lets start on some tactics to find your side hustle once you’ve gained a few followers in your niche.

Tactic 1: Stalk your followers.

Based on the list of bios previously mentioned in the newsletter, how did I come across those bios?

Exactly, I've opened Instagram.

So head over to your followers and close friends and note down the bios you feel you could add value to. What makes them proud? What resonates with you?

Tactic 2: Look at trends (My personal best)

Head over to Producthunt.com. If it’s new and hot you can find it on producthunt. Upvotes do the hard work for you. So sit back and scroll through the latest innovative ideas people came up with.

Worst case scenario you’ll find a nice new tool to make your life a bit easier.

Tactic 3: Complementary business

Don't overthink your angle. Even if you find a lot of great stuff out there, maybe it's time to look at what's missing.

Can you find a great newsletter, website, or course? But can't you find an Instagram page that covers these topics in a fun and engaging way? Or TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and X? Why not start your hustle here?

Instead of going down the "content" rabbit hole, start by building an audience. Later, introduce your website, newsletter, ebooks, or course.

A different approach is to ask yourself for any business: What are people buying before? And what after? This could give you angles to piggyback on existing business models
